TSM Race FuelTech FT600 Plug & Play Jumper Harness — Honda/Acura K-Series
Take the guesswork out of converting your K-series setup to FuelTech.
The TSM Race FuelTech FT600 Jumper Harness is a purpose-built wiring solution designed for Honda and Acura K-series applications that want to upgrade to the FuelTech FT600 ECU while retaining a compatible existing engine/sub-harness. Rather than cutting up your current wiring, repinning factory connectors, or building an ECU conversion harness from scratch, the TSM Race jumper creates a clean interface between the vehicle’s K-series wiring and the FT600.
For racers and performance enthusiasts, that means less time spent wiring and troubleshooting—and more time spent tuning and driving the car.
Built specifically for K-series FT600 conversions
This isn’t a generic universal harness that requires you to figure out every connection yourself. TSM Race offers application-specific configurations for popular K-series platforms, including K-swapped EG/EK/DC chassis and 2002–2006 RSX Type-S applications. The Harness is intended to work in conjunction with the vehicle’s existing K-series sub/engine harness, including OEM, K-Tuned, and Rywire harnesses etc.
That approach is especially valuable on a completed or partially completed K-swap. If the car already has a properly installed engine harness, you don’t necessarily need to remove all that work just to move to FuelTech. The jumper becomes the bridge between the existing K-series wiring architecture and the FT600.
Why the FT600?
The FuelTech FT600 is far more than a basic standalone ECU. It combines programmable engine management, data acquisition and a built-in display/interface into one motorsports-oriented system. Depending on the vehicle’s configuration and supporting hardware, the FT600 platform can be used to manage sophisticated racing functions involving boost control, nitrous, staging, transmission controls, additional sensors and outputs, and extensive data logging.
For a serious K-series build, that’s important. The same ECU platform can support a car as it evolves from a relatively straightforward setup into a much more involved turbocharged or competition combination without forcing the owner to completely rethink the engine-management system every time the build changes.
The biggest advantage: a cleaner installation
Wiring is one of the most overlooked parts of a high-performance build. A powerful engine and expensive ECU don’t mean much if the electrical system is filled with questionable splices, poorly terminated connections, or undocumented wiring modifications.
That’s where the TSM Race jumper becomes more than a convenience.
Using a purpose-built adapter allows you to retain factory-style connectors and an organized harness layout, helping reduce unnecessary modifications to the existing engine harness. It can also make future diagnostics considerably easier because the installation remains modular rather than permanently altering every part of the car’s wiring.
If you ever need to inspect the engine harness, service the ECU installation, troubleshoot a circuit, or make changes to the vehicle, having defined harness connections is much easier to work with than sorting through a heavily modified wiring loom.
Designed with racers in mind
The harness uses automotive connectors, organized multicolor wiring, protective braided sleeving, heat-shrunk junctions, and labeled sections to produce the kind of installation that belongs in a professionally built engine bay.
And that’s an important distinction: this isn’t simply about making the FT600 turn on. It’s about making the conversion clean, repeatable, and serviceable.
For a street/strip K-series build, drag car, roll-racing setup, or dedicated competition vehicle, being able to disconnect and service components without deciphering someone’s custom wiring work can save significant time at the shop, on the dyno, and at the track.
A smart upgrade for an existing K-series build
If you’ve already invested in an OEM, K-Tuned, or Rywire K-series engine harness, replacing the entire wiring system solely because you’re moving to an FT600 can add unnecessary cost and complexity.
The TSM Race jumper gives you another option:
Keep the K-series wiring you already have. Add the proper application-specific interface. Step into the FuelTech FT600 platform with a much cleaner path forward.
That’s the real value of this harness. You’re not simply buying a bundle of wires and connectors—you’re buying a solution to one of the most time-consuming parts of a standalone ECU conversion.
Less cutting. Less custom wiring. Cleaner installation. Easier serviceability. Full access to the potential of the FuelTech FT600 platform.
For a K-series owner who’s ready to take the car to the next level, the TSM Race FT600 Plug & Play Jumper Harness makes the ECU conversion look and function the way a serious build should.
